Who is responsible for shortages and damage?
While your stock is with us, shortages and damage are usually the C&F agent’s responsibility, at the rate agreed in the contract. We agree the terms and the insurance before the first stock arrives.
Do you work in our SAP or ERP?
Yes. Receipts, bills and stock movements are posted in your system, so your team sees the same numbers we do.
Can you open a depot in a new state for us?
Yes. We added Indore and Bengaluru in 2025, and we can set up where your distributors need stock. [Lead time to confirm]
