Are you a customs clearing agent?
No. We are a carrying and forwarding (C&F) agent: we hold your stock in our warehouses and dispatch it to your distributors and dealers. We don’t handle customs clearance, imports or exports.
Who owns the stock, and how does GST work?
Your company owns the stock throughout. Our warehouse is registered as your additional place of business under GST, and invoices to your distributors go out in your name.
How do you charge?
C&F agents are usually paid a percentage of the value dispatched, a rate per case or per tonne, or a fixed monthly fee. We quote once we understand your volumes and the states you cover.
Do you work in our SAP or ERP?
Yes. Receipts, bills and stock movements are posted in your system, so your team sees the same numbers we do.
How long does it take to start?
