Three ways to pay, quoted for your volumes.
We recommend one after we understand your volumes, the states you cover and how steady your dispatches are.
01
Share of value dispatched
A percentage of the invoice value we bill and dispatch for you, the usual model in pharma.
02
Rate per case or tonne
A fixed rate for every case or tonne handled, as in most lubricant C&F tenders.
03
Fixed monthly fee
One fee for dedicated space and staff, when volumes are steady through the year.

Is C&F the same as clearing and forwarding?
Older tax law called this work clearing and forwarding, but today the term usually means customs clearance. We are a carrying and forwarding agent for brands, and we don’t handle customs.
Who is responsible for shortages and damage?
While your stock is with us, shortages and damage are usually the C&F agent’s responsibility, at the rate agreed in the contract. We agree the terms and the insurance before the first stock arrives.
Who owns the stock, and how does GST work?
Your company owns the stock throughout. Our warehouse is registered as your additional place of business under GST, and invoices to your distributors go out in your name.
Do you work in our SAP or ERP?
Yes. Receipts, bills and stock movements are posted in your system, so your team sees the same numbers we do.
How long does it take to start?
[Time to confirm] from signing to the first dispatch, depending on space, licences and access to your system.
