Goods receipt note (GRN)
Posted in your system when stock arrives, against your invoice or stock transfer note.

Daily stock report
What arrived, what left and what is on hand, sent every working day.

Monthly stock statement
The closing stock for the month, by item and batch, for your accounts.

Damage and shortage claims
Logged when they happen, with photos and the transporter’s remarks, and settled as the contract says.

Credit notes
For returns, damages and rate differences, reconciled so your distributor ledgers match.

Expiry returns
Expired and near-expiry stock collected back, recorded by batch and held for your decision.

Destruction certificate
When stock is destroyed, a certificate for your records and your tax filings.

E-invoice reporting
From April 2025, firms with turnover of ₹10 crore or more must report e-invoices and credit notes within 30 days. We raise them on time.

E-way bill age limit
From January 2025, an e-way bill can’t be generated against a document more than 180 days old, so we bill dispatches promptly.

Who is responsible for shortages and damage?
While your stock is with us, shortages and damage are usually the C&F agent’s responsibility, at the rate agreed in the contract. We agree the terms and the insurance before the first stock arrives.
Do you work in our SAP or ERP?
Yes. Receipts, bills and stock movements are posted in your system, so your team sees the same numbers we do.
Who owns the stock, and how does GST work?
Your company owns the stock throughout. Our warehouse is registered as your additional place of business under GST, and invoices to your distributors go out in your name.
