Can you handle seasonal peaks?
Yes. Fans, coolers and water heaters sell in seasons, so we plan space and staff with you ahead of each peak. [Peak capacity to confirm]
Who is responsible for shortages and damage?
While your stock is with us, shortages and damage are usually the C&F agent’s responsibility, at the rate agreed in the contract. We agree the terms and the insurance before the first stock arrives.
Can you take over from our current C&F agent?
Yes. We plan the stock transfer with your team and the outgoing agent, so dispatches to your distributors continue while the stock moves to our warehouse.
